Quick proof of concept demo using the #FujiNet RS232 with DOS to provide a network mapped drive. The drive comes from my TNFS server. I'm able to get a directory listing, filter the listing to see just the .EXE files, and copy a file off.
It's all read-only at this stage, but it's nice to be able to use it on real hardware, esp. since the T5200 has no WiFi. Less clunky than xfer via modem. Getting SMB protocol working is next.

I love signatures in #email -- but only ONCE per thread. Back in the day of the #BlueWave Mail Reader (anyone remember?) there was an option to put a signature on new messages but not in replies. I just received my VIC-II-dizer, a clever hack which produces a crisp HDMI output for the #C64 by snooping the data bus of the video chip.
Other solutions typically digitize the analog luma/chroma outputs of the VIC-II or replace the entire chip with an FPGA replica.

Yesterday I powered this classic #Commodore #Amiga 500 for the first time in decades, and it still works flawlessly!
Well, aside from the floppy drive, which seems to have a flaky disk detection switch. It's a common issue with these drives, and I'm watching a couple of videos showing how to fix them.
